JKCA Chief Selector | BCCI Level 2 | Ex Ranji Head Coach
Mr. Sarabjeet Singh Lalotra is not just a coach, he is an institution in Indian Domestic Cricket. With a distinguished playing career spanning 91 First-Class matches and 72 List A games, he understands the grit required to perform at the elite level.
However, his true legacy lies in his transition from a player to a High-Performance Mentor. Having served as the Head Coach for the Services Ranji Trophy Team and the Army Sports Control Board, Mr. Lalotra brings military-grade discipline and strategic foresight to our campus.
As the Current Chief Selector for the Senior Men’s JKCA, he possesses the unique ability to identify talent early and provide the exact roadmap required for a student to transition from school sports to state-level glory.
His time with the Indian Army teams and the Ranji Trophy circuit taught him that talent is common, but temperament is rare.
His goal here is simple: to create a professional ecosystem where a child’s education and athletic dreams do not compete, but complement each other.
